I build software that removes work rather than adding a dashboard to it. Most of what I make is the same shape: something tedious and repeating, replaced by a system that runs on a schedule and tells someone only when it matters.
I work end to end and alone — architecture, code, deployment, and the operational reality afterwards. That is the point: there is no handover, no agency layer, and no gap between the person who promised it and the person who has to make it work at 2 a.m.
