Every business has a few jobs someone does over and over. Checking prices. Copying data across. Sending the same message again. I turn those into software that gets on with it by itself, and then I look after it.
No slide deck, no handing you over to someone else. I build it, put it live, and stay with it.
The jobs you would rather never do again: gathering data, comparing it, chasing changes, posting updates. I put them on a schedule so they happen overnight and nobody opens a laptop.
AI is genuinely good at reading, sorting and drafting, so I use it for exactly that. Anything that cannot be undone waits for a person to say yes. Nothing surprising happens overnight.
The site, shop or dashboard all of that feeds into. Quick to load, easy for Google to read, and written in Hebrew from the start if that is who you are talking to.
Sites, pipelines and bots. On each one I did all of it: the thinking, the code, putting it live, and the job that quietly runs at two in the morning.
Every Israeli wine in one place, in Hebrew, plus a guide to the wineries you can actually visit. The prices update themselves every night.
Scan a barcode while you are standing in the aisle and see what it costs at every chain. Fill a basket and it tells you where the whole shop comes out cheapest. The scanner keeps working when the signal does not.
Cyber-security news in Hebrew. I write a piece in a hidden admin panel and it is live a second later, with nothing to rebuild. Readers can comment, and I get an email when they do.
A site for a maths textbook author, Hebrew and right-to-left from the ground up. I wrote the PDF reader myself so it works properly with a keyboard and a screen reader, and accessibility gets tested on every change rather than bolted on with a widget.
A system for testing short-term crypto trading ideas honestly. The same code runs over old data, then on live prices with fake money. It cannot peek at the future, and trading with real money stays switched off unless I deliberately turn it on.
Send it a link to a restaurant that is closed and it messages you the moment the kitchen opens. It checks every minute and costs nothing to leave running.
I like taking work off people's hands. Most of what I build looks the same underneath: something dull that someone was doing again and again, replaced by a system that does it on a schedule and only speaks up when a person is genuinely needed.
I work alone and I do all of it: the thinking, the code, putting it live, and the part afterwards where real life happens and things break at inconvenient hours. That is on purpose. Nobody passes your project down to someone else, and the person who promised it is the same person who has to make it work.
If your users are Israeli, I build in Hebrew first and lay the whole thing out right-to-left from the start, rather than translating at the end. I keep things fast and cheap to run — most of what I make costs close to nothing to keep online.
